RRA has just completed the first concept design fora landmark retail building “The Sweetbird South Building” - that will serve as a gateway into and out of the Miami Design District, Florida.
The Miami Design District is a neighborhood dedicated to innovative fashion, design, architecture and dining experiences.
Dacra Real Estate Development along with it's partners L Real Estate, a global real estate private equity firm sponsored by the LVMH Group and Groupe Arnault, has transformed this once-abandoned area of Miami into a community dedicated to art and design.
Today, the Miami Design District is home to art galleries, design showrooms, artist lofts, design and architecture firms, media companies, luxury retail, restaurants and urban residences, as well as internationally renowned cultural events.
