The architecture exudes the building’s modern function and contemporary pulse at all times. The use of exposed concrete is predominant in the interior, welcoming its visitors and users to the multiplicity of functions contained within. In total 2.400 m2 beautiful polished concrete floors and stairs, as well as 1.850 m2 exposed vertical timber-shuttered concrete, provides a unique character to the building. The work is of exceptional quality and precision to be appreciated by all who sees it. Additionally, the concrete cover on the public square in front of the building is carried out in a variety of surface treatments, functioning as a showcase for the possibilities of concrete.
